Family of missing British tourist head to Spain after his disappearance at Alicante airport
Jason Taylor was last seen around 9am on Saturday March 30, after struggling with his boarding pass at the airport

He was last spotted at around 9am, when he was seen leaving the airport after having trouble scanning his boarding pass.
Jason is described as a white man who is about five foot 10 inches tall, and has brown hair on the sides of his head and bald on top. He was last seen wearing a white collared t-shirt, dark shorts and white trainers and had a black wheeled suitcase.
The married engineer from Caersws, Wales, had been enjoying a stag do in Benidorm with friends before his disappearance.
His wife, Maria Taylor, has since spoken out, saying: “I just want him home. We’ve literally covered everything, and it’s all with the police. We have family going over... Hopefully, we’ll find out more now that more things are open.”
Maria explained: “He was on a stag do… he was going to sort out his boarding pass because it wouldn’t scan, and that was the last time he was seen.”
Jason’s aunt also shared an online appeal over the weekend, asking for help from anyone who may have seen him. “Has anyone in Alicante seen the guy in the red top? It’s my nephew, and he was due to return on the 10.30am flight this morning but didn’t board it. We know he was at the airport at around 8.30am, but he hasn’t been seen since,” the post said.
The appeal added that Jason had lost his phone the day before, making it difficult for family members to contact him. The family confirmed that a police alert has now been placed on his passport, confirming that he is still in Spain.
“If anyone can help in looking for him as a family we would really appreciate it. There is now a police alert on his passport so we know he is still in Spain. Please help us get Jason home.”
