Dogs (and their humans) are invited on the fun walk to Las Higuericas beach
Pilar de la Horadada’s popular Canine March is back for a new edition on Sunday April 19, and both ends of the lead are welcome.
The walk sets off at 9.30am from the Puente del Beso, next to the Virgen del Pilar School, and follows the rambla all the way down to Las Higuericas beach before looping back to the dog park.
It's a lovely stretch of natural surroundings, and with a decent mix of dogs, owners and fresh air involved, it tends to be a pretty sociable morning out for everyone concerned.
The organisers have promised a few surprises waiting at the dog park on the return, so it's worth sticking around for the finish rather than heading straight home.
