Seven injured in car crash on the A-7 in Murcia
All those injured had to be transferred to the Virgen de la Arrixaca hospital after the accident
Seven people, including three minors, were injured yesterday afternoon in a car crash on the A-7 in Murcia at the exit for Albacete. A number of calls made by on lookers alerted the authorities in Murcia to the accident.
The calls reported that a car had overturned due to a crash and there were three people trapped inside of the vehicle. Firefights from the Murcia Fire and Rescue Services were dispatched to the scene of the accident once the calls were made.
The Emergency services also arrived on the scene to provide medical aid needed for those involved in the accident. All of those involved in the accidents were treated on site before they were transferred to the Virgen de la Arrixaca University Clinical Hospital, having sustained multiple injuries.
It was later disclosed that the three minors involved in the accident were aged 3 months, 1 year and 2 years old. The other four people involved were three women aged 36, 38 and 65, and a 33-year-old man.
