May 15 to 17 Annual fiestas in the Águilas village of Los Arejos
The fiestas of Los Arejos are held in honour of San Isidro and the 2026 celebrations include a free concert by Demarco Flamenco
The programme has been published for the 2026 edition of the annual fiestas of Los Arejos, a small farming village in the west of the municipality of Águilas. These celebrations are held to honour San Isidro and this year include free concerts by Keen Levy and Camelame.
The official programme is as follows:
Friday May 15
22.30: Live entertainment from Edu García.
Saturday May 16
10.00: Correncus 4x4 gymkhana.
19.30: Holy Mass in honour of San Isidro Labrador, followed by a procession.
21.00: Children’s entertainment with Los Cantabailes.
22.30: Camelame, a tribute act to Camela.
Midnight: Live music from Keen Levy.
Sunday May 17
11.00: Motorcycle “cintas” dexterity race.
14.30: A communal paella is served, 3 euros per portion.
16.00: Live music from Aires de Veleta.

Águilas boasts 28 kilometres of coastline, with many fine, sandy beaches, sheltered coves and unspoilt natural beaches. It is a great summer favourite with Spanish holidaymakers, so always has a superb programme of concerts and activities throughout the summer, as well as the biggest carnival in the Region of Murcia, 40 days before Semana Santa (Easter.)
Throughout the year it also has a number of museums and historical attractions, a castle with fabulous views overlooking the bay and several other points of interest, all of which make it an good place to visit for days out. Throughout the year the tourist office runs monthly guided tours and the route of the railways, which explores the railway history of the town.
The tourist information office is located in the Plaza de Antonio Cortijos, just a short walk from the sea front and Plaza de España, a cool, shaded space in which to enjoy a coffee.
